02. Service Description & Data Sources

Leaksyr is a threat-intelligence search service for security professionals, incident responders, researchers and organisations. It indexes credentials and related records from infostealer malware logs that third parties have already distributed, so that compromised accounts and systems can be identified and remediated. Leaksyr does not solicit, purchase, crack or resell such data and does not accept data submissions. Accounts without an active paid plan see a partial preview of passwords; full credential visibility, exports and API access require an active plan and remain subject to the lawful-use requirements in these Terms.

03. Account Registration & Security

You must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including API keys) and for all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account credentials with any third party, transfer your account, or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or are used fraudulently.

Leaksyr is designed as a tool for ethical security practices. We ask that you use our platform responsibly and ensure your queries are aligned with legitimate purposes. Appropriate uses typically include:

05. Restricted Activities

To ensure Leaksyr remains a valuable resource for the security community, we prohibit activities that are malicious, illegal, or detrimental to our platform. Specifically, please do not use the service for:

06. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, user interfaces, graphics, logos, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Leaksyr. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.

07. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you will handle any sensitive information or personal data obtained in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. You are solely responsible for compliance with legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

08. Sensitive Data & Safeguards

We care about the privacy and security of the people whose data appears in the index. To maintain a responsible platform, we may:

• Refuse queries that target government (.gov) domains.
• Suspend or terminate accounts whose use breaches these Terms or the lawful-use requirements.
• Adjust access or features based on regional risk factors or regulatory considerations.
• Remove specific records in response to verified removal requests (see the Privacy Policy), legal obligations, or ethical considerations.

09. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Refunds

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal: Accounts are generally billed on a recurring basis. Where applicable (e.g., credit card payments), subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You authorize Leaksyr to charge your payment method for the renewal. Exception for Cryptocurrency: Automatic recurring billing may not be supported for certain payment methods like cryptocurrencies. In such cases, your subscription will not auto-renew and will simply expire at the end of the specified term unless manually renewed. For applicable auto-renewing plans, cancellation is your sole responsibility and must be done through your account settings before the renewal date.

Refunds: We offer a limited refund policy for technical failures. Due to the digital nature of the data and instant access structure, "change of mind" refunds are generally not permitted once data has been accessed or after a subscription has renewed. Please refer to our full Refund Policy.

10. Business Customers (B2B)

If you access the Service on behalf of a business or legal entity, the following additionally apply: (a) statutory consumer withdrawal rights are excluded; (b) all payments are final and non-refundable; (c) you agree to indemnify Leaksyr from claims arising from your employees' or contractors' use of the Service; and (d) under no circumstances shall Leaksyr be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
